My Bio



My personal experience in purchasing property has included a condominium, townhouse, and house that was torn down and rebuilt 14 years ago. This I believe in addition to my practical experience helping home buyers and home sellers like yourself makes me an excellent candidate to help you buy or sell your property.

The following information provided below will tell you more about myself, my accomplishments and background:



I graduated from Kamehameha in 1970. I then attended Kapiolani Community College but was unable to finish due to family obligations. I married Donovan Caldeira in 1972, who is a St. Louis High School graduate. Presently Donovan works for the State of Hawaii. I have one child, a son, Donovan Jr. (Kaipo) who also is a Kamehameha graduate, class of 1993. Kaipo now lives in Maui and works for Maui Electric. We moved to Kailua in 1976 and presently live in Keolu Hills.

I have had my real estate license for over 25 years helping both buyers and sellers. I also understand how to help first time home buyers because I know personally the sacrifice one goes through to buy a first home.

I first entered real estate three months after my marriage buying a condominium on Kinau Street for $26,500 back in 1973. When my husband brought home 2 German Sheperd dogs one year later, I knew it was time to move. We sold the condo in 1974 and bought a townhouse in Ahuimanu Gardens in Kahaluu. At this time, I informed the sellers agent that we had 2 large dogs and I needed to know if pets were allowed. I was told no problem! Three days after we moved in, we were told only one pet was allowed. I was so angry that I decided then and there to take a real estate course. I passed on my first try and have been in the business ever since.

Honesty is very crucial in this world today and I feel deeply committed to being honest and truthful to you. I am also committed to doing the best job I can.
